INFORMATION TEXT ON PERSONAL DATA TO BE PROCESSED BY AYKAN ÖNEY ARCLINE DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN TRADE
This clarification text has been prepared by Aykan Öney Arcline İç ve Dış Ticaret (Arcline) as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Obligation to Clarify.
1. FOR WHAT PURPOSE PERSONAL DATA WILL BE PROCESSED
Your identity information: Your name, surname, TR identity number, passport number or temporary TR identity number, place and date of birth, marital status, gender, insurance number and other identification data that may identify you;
Your Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, e-mail address and other communication data, personal data obtained when you contact us via e-mail, letter or other means;
Your Accounting Information: Your financial data such as your bank account number, IBAN number, credit card information, billing and billing information;
a) Confirming your identity,

2. TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES THE PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED
Your personal data in question, within the scope of the Law and other legislation and for the purposes stated above, are provided by Arcline to the companies included in Arcline and to our partners, shareholders, Social Security Institution, General Directorate of Security and other law enforcement agencies, General Directorate of Population, Courts and all kinds of jurisdictions. Our business partners with whom we cooperate in order to develop or carry out our commercial activities for the above-mentioned purposes, including the authorities, central and other third parties, your authorized representatives, third parties we consult, including lawyers, tax and financial advisors, regulatory and supervisory institutions, official authorities, and may be transferred to other third parties.


3. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON WHICH IS OBTAINING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned, stated in Article 5 of the KVKK; It is processed by automatic or physical methods based on legal reasons that are clearly stipulated in the law, the establishment or performance of a contract, the legal obligations of the data controller and the legitimate interest of the data controller. In this context, your personal data can be processed and transferred by obtaining explicit consent in the light of the principles stipulated in Article 4(2) of the KVKK or without obtaining explicit consent, in case of the existence of the situations stipulated in Articles 5(2) and 6(3).


4. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
As the data owner, the rights you have in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK are as follows.
a) Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
b) If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
d) Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
f) Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
ğ) To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
If you apply in writing to Aykan Öney Arcline İç ve Dış Ticaret regarding your above-mentioned rights, your applications will be finalized free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
